Meet Chris, our German Instructor

Hallo,

Meet one of our German instructors, Chris Wolff. Chris has been working with us for over two years, and he is great at bringing fun, culture, and real life practice to our learning environment.

To learn a little more about Chris we asked some questions about teaching.

What classes are you currently teaching?

German Level 1, 2 and 4.

How long have you been teaching at International House Vancouver?

Since summer 2016.

What do you like about teaching at International House?

It’s a fun work environment. I have great students and the school allows me to be flexible in my teaching style and course design.

What do you like most about teaching?

Seeing how my students improve after working on their language skills.

Do you have any tips for students learning a new language?

Try to practice outside of class by watching movies or shows or listening to music in your new language!

Do you have any advice you would like to give your future students?

Practice makes perfect.
